Approach
Begin with the position as it is.
The first stage is to establish what is actually true: in the accounts, in the documents, in the regulatory record and in the way the business operates. A recommendation is only useful when it rests on evidence rather than assumption.
Follow the decision through.
The work does not end with a paper setting out what should happen. It can continue through negotiation, approvals, documentation, implementation and, where the situation requires it, an interim leadership mandate.
Keep accountability clear.
Pella Demetriades leads the work herself. Where tax, financial or other specialist input is required, it is brought into one process, but responsibility for the mandate does not move.
Remain independent of the outcome.
The practice does not originate financing, accept introduction fees from lenders or advise both sides of a transaction. The advice remains separate from the outcome it is assessing.
